If i was asked to describe the experience we had with Bliss wedding, it would be along the lines of, professional, efficient, value for money and great customer service. The whole experience from end to end was no doubt a lenghthy process and honestly speaking was not looking forward to it considering the coditions we had to undergo during the photoshoot (33degrees celcius day).

But in such capable and talented individuals it was almost like “a walk in the park”. Breaking it down to the individuals we came in contact with. Initial point of contact was obviously the sales person from the HK branch. Being professional and knowing her stuff won her our business. when she knew that we were tourists and have never been to Shen Zhen (photoshoot location), she offered us an additional staff from HK to tag along to ensure that we dont get ripped off along the way. The additional staff happen to also be a professional cameraman.

‘Two is better than one’ as they say, we basically got more than we bargained for. Now, thats what i call great customer service.

So we had a 5 person crew in Shan Zhen. In brief, each of them knew exactly what needed to be done and did it to the best of their abilities. Special thanks to cameramen and make up artist (very talented in my opinion). Job well done : )Clear instructions from the cameraman (Yung) made the finish product seem like we were experienced models I have yet to see my fiancee’ that gorgeous with such beautiful make up and elegant hairdo by the makeup artist (fafa). All in all, we definitely had an exhausting yet memorable day.After photoshooting, the shop assistant (April) helped us a lot on photo selection which really made the whole process a lot easier for us.

To all staff who has helped us: Thank you again for giving us such a great and unforgettable experience!
